Rachelle started her journey towards healing some years ago after being introduced to the world of meditation, yoga and different methods of dealing with trauma. Being someone who dealt with anxiety and panic attacks for decades forced her to go deep within and find methods to heal.
Through the help of her teachers she learned about embodiment and the connection between the breath and mind, the root of trauma’s, and different simple breathing techniques to help heal.
Stress and anxiety is part of life, but it is no where necessary to live a life filled with anxiety or depression.
Rachelle uses a sense of humor in her daily life and is using her own experiences to help others. She uses ancient teachings from the yoga as well as simple practices that can be incorporated in your day to day existence.
She will talk about the mind body connection and the power of our breath, demonstrate some easy practices and close with a 5 minute meditation. A simple practice with great benefit for everyone
