The mentoring package consists of weekly calls, providing ongoing support and direction, with additional contact available through WhatsApp or Signal whenever needed. For those who require focused work, optional homework and grounding practices will be provided to enhance your progress. In addition, mindfulness practices, Compassionate Inquiry, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) will be used where necessary to guide your growth and healing.
